Applying Moeller strokes
Accents on every beat in eighth note beats
When you add (hihat) accents to your playing, your groove deepens. You'll get a wide sound with a stronger time feel.
Some musical styles, however an ever pumping hihat pattern fits better.
Listen to how drummers play the hihat in different styles!
The 8:th note beat
Accent the quarter notes and play the off-beat (&) unaccented.
